With the help of our PGA Professional coaches; our aim is to improve your enjoyment of your golf, help you to understand your technique and improve your swing and game, which in turn will lower your scores! We will use proven techniques across all parts of your game. We can also create a coaching plan that is tailored to you with targets and achievable goals.

Junior Academy

Our Junior Academy is the perfect way to introduce your children to the game of golf, where they can find out what a fun sport golf can be. We run a selection of group junior golf lessons, after-school club sessions, school holiday camps and on the golf course competitions, all tailored perfectly to children between 3 and 16 years of age.

We also provide all the necessary golf equipment including child-friendly club and balls. Finally, all our PGA Professional coaches are DBS checked.

First Swings Golfing Activity

For 3 - 8-Year-Olds

A great way to help children develop an understanding of golf in a safe and fun environment.

Lots of fun games with child-friendly clubs and balls.
Participation helps children develop their self-confidence, independence and self-discipline.
30-minute classes to introduce children to the basic swing, golfing grip, stance and basic techniques.
Games and activities to focus on long shots, chipping, putting and golf etiquette.
All our coaches are DBS checked.

After School Club and Weekend Golf Coaching

For 4 - 16-Year-Olds

Rivenhall Oaks Academy runs an After School Club where children are split into age groups (4-8 years and 7-16 years) and grouped according to their ability. *After School Clubs run from May – October.

Children will then progress through our learning programme working towards Bronze, Silver, Gold and Tour level achievements, covering all aspects of the game from driving range to golf course.

FlightScope

Established golfers can take advantage of Flightscope, the premier portable indoor-outdoor ball-flight and launch monitor, and the world’s first ever 3D doppler tracking radar for golf as featured at the Open Championships. As players practise, detailed performance data is delivered directly to the iPad allowing them to fine-tune their game as they prepare for their rounds.

Flightscope offers you all the information you need to improve:

Club swing analysis including swing speed, ball spin, exact distance and much more
Flightscope golf lessons with PGA Professional to make changes with confidence
Custom fitting – find out which clubs, shafts and lofts actually suit you and increase your control and distance
Find out what your clubs actually do! How far they go and practise yardages that you find difficult

60 Minute Session

With PGA Professional - £40/£50

Using the GC QUAD or Flightscope with your PGA Professional will ensure you have everything you need to improve your understanding of your swing and equipment.

30 minute / 60 minute assessment

Custom fit or bag assessment session - £25/£40

During this session you will hit nearly every club in your bag and know exactly all the data and distances on how each club performs.
